Review : As you already know, I loved reading A Thousand Pieces of You and Ten Thousand Skies Above You. After these two books, I was excited to finally discover the final word of this story and read as soon as I could the last novel, A Million Worlds with You. And you know what? That was an awesome ending! I appreciated absolutely everything in this book, from the first chapter to the epilogue (an epic one!). I was afraid at first that it would repeat the same thing than in the last books, aka lots of travels and a continual fight between Marguerite and the Triad Corporation. Indeed, there are these elements but they are treated in an original way. I was always surprised by unexpected twists and turns. I tried to imagine what could happen next but I was always wrong and I love that! There is nothing better than to be totally blown away by a story. And this is not only the case for the plot, but also by the characters. I really like the evolution between the first book and the last one, talking about their relationships but also about their own personalities. We easily notice that Claudia Gray worked hard on this trilogy to give us a strong story, with developed characters and lots of details. The multiverse gives also a deeper atmosphere to the plot as the place where it takes place changes almost at each chapter and this is the same with the characters. Claudia Gray’s universe is complete and beautifully written.
As for the epilogue, I really loved it! I think it is a good thing to know more about what happens next. This is one of the best epilogues I have ever read. I couldn’t help smiling when I closed the book!
Like for the first two novels, I recommend you to read A Million Worlds with You. The Firebird series will certainly convince you as it did with me. If you like sci-fi stories with romances, this trilogy is made for you!
